To practice this tennis drill place two cones: one on the baseline center, one about 3 feet in front of the baseline center.
The player will start behind the baseline center and, at command, he will do a figure 8 around the two cones, facing the net at all times, as fast as he can. He will have 30 seconds to complete as many figure 8's as he can.
Rest for 1 minute and do it again.
