Three Players - level: intermediate/advanced

Theme: Overall Stroke Practice and Match Play


Warm-up (15 minutes)
- slow jog, lateral shuffle; hand-eye etc.
- mini-tennis with two players up (at the net) and one player back (on service line);
- volley vs. ground-strokes: two players up at the net and one player on the baseline; rotate after every 2 minutes.

Games (15 minutes) - consistency, conditioning, competitive play
- 90 Seconds
- Queen/King of the Hill

Water Break (1 minute)

Games (20 minutes) - competitive play
- Australian Doubles (play first to win 7 points)
- In and Out

Drill (5 minutes) - ground-strokes and volley accuracy
- Side to Side

Wrap-up: suggestions on what to work on until the next class.
