4 Players - Doubles Work-Out (I)

Warm-up (15 minutes)
- Two laps around the court;
- Warm-up Drills
- Volley at the net (two players on each side) rally
ing with partner in front. After about 2 minutes, switch and rally with the partner cross-court.
- Volley versus Baseline: 2 players at the net, 2 at the baseline (opposite side); coach feeds the ball to
the baseline players. They all rally cooperativly trying to keep the ball going over the net 10 times, after which anything goes and the point is played out. Once they do that, move one spot clockwise. Repeat.

Games (15 minutes) - competitive play; conditioning;
- Under Attack
- Three for air

Water Break (2 minutes)

Games (25 minutes) - competitive play; conditioning;
- Two Minutes
- Two on Two
- Win at the Net
